Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Associate Director Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management services for a key client or several clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction
- Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry
- Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred
- SME in Quantity Surveying, and RICS certified or equivalent accreditation
