Job Description
We're seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator/Consultant to manage the digital lifecycle of projects from design to as-built delivery, coordinating with stakeholders and leading multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of BIM management experience, expert knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, and proficiency in coordination tools like Navisworks and Solibri Model Checker.
Requirements
- Experience in BIM management/coordination across the entire project lifecycle
- Expert knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Advanced proficiency in Navisworks and Solibri Model Checker for complex federated models
- Portuguese: Exceptional communication skills (both written and oral)
- English: Full professional proficiency, able to operate perfectly in international environments
- Deep understanding of ISO 19650 standards and the ability to author key documentation (OIR, AIR, EIR, BEP)
- Proficiency in data visualization and a strong understanding of metadata to drive business decisions
