Construction Manager

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Site Manager to coordinate and supervise the implementation and realisation of a real estate project in Modena. The Site Manager will oversee and direct the construction of the project, monitor compliance with building and safety regulations, and coordinate construction workers and subcontractors.

Requirements

• From 2 to 6 years of working experience in construction management
• Ideally experience in real estate
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process
• Competent in conflict and crisis management
• Leadership and management skills
• Excellent time and project management skills
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
• Fluency in Italian and English
