Construction Project Manager- Public Sector Projects (Anticipated Opening)

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their team in Seattle, Washington. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and be able to drive activities with limited supervision. Responsibilities include project planning, monitoring and applying performance management techniques, managing the change control process, and preparing formal project budget progress and other reports.

Requirements

• Excellent organization, written and verbal skills
• Experience managing budgets and schedules
• Ability to advise at a strategic level during the project conception stage
• Great time management skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members
• Experience managing design & construction process
• Demonstrated experience working as a Project Manager within the public sector construction industry
• BS degree in construction management, engineering or architecture
• Experienced in using various PMiS software
• Skilled in MS Office, Adobe, Bluebeam
• Membership in relevant professional organizations preferred
