Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Manager to support the full lifecycle of contracts associated with the construction and delivery of a mission-critical Data Center project.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5â8 years of experience in contract management, commercial management, or procurement for construction, real estate, or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of contract terms, commercial principles, and risk management.
- Experience supporting contracts for CAPEX projects (civil works, MEP, equipment supply, or installation).
- Solid negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documentation.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
