Contracts Manager

We are seeking a Contracts Manager to manage contract procurement plans, provide audit and oversight of subcontract procurement, and work closely with project teams to ensure effective contract management.

Requirements

• Experience in Contract Management, Cost Management or Cost Engineering project environment
• Prior experience in data center construction
• Chartered (desirable)
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related technical field or legal background
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Excellent contract and cost negotiation skill
• Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
