Requirements

• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts (preferably Yellow, Red books) and their practical application.
• Proven experience in claims preparation, negotiation, and resolution.
• Drive Change management processes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle complex correspondence.
• Understanding of site related construction issues, maintain correspondence with concerned parties and ability to provide timely advice to the Client.
• Ability to work with project stakeholders to drive issues to closure.
• Understanding of tendering and procurement cycle including compiling the contractual documents.
