Cost Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager to manage the core functions of cost management services for construction projects, ensuring cost control and quality objectives are met. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of pre-contract and post-contract cost management services and be able to develop and present final cost plans to clients. The role involves estimating, rate analysis, and cost planning, as well as tendering and procurement, governance & reporting, and knowledge management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects
• Native-level proficiency in local language, Business-level proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software
