Cost Manager - Civil

We are seeking a Cost Manager - Civil to lead fit-out/base build projects independently, with expertise in Quantity survey, Rate Analysis, Value Engineering, and Market Knowledge on pricing, procurement, and post-contract management. The role involves pre and post-contract duties, including cost estimating, procurement, and tendering, as well as interfacing with clients and other consultants.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in similar role
• Relevant experience of working for a construction consultancy in India
• Degree educated in a relevant construction subject
• Good technical skills
