Cost Manager - Data Center Construction Projects at Turner & Townsend. Conducting feasibility studies, managing estimating and cost planning activities, and ensuring post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
Requirements
- 8 years of professional experience in Cost Management
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field
- RICS, AACE Certifications/Memberships
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong client management, change management, and teamwork & team management skills
- Strong Microsoft skills, specifically Excel & PowerPoint, CostX, Knowledge of AutoCAD
