Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Korean Speaking

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a large-scale, technically complex construction program in the Midwest. The role will work closely with senior cost managers and project stakeholders to provide high-quality, value-driven cost management services across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
• Approximately 3–7 years of relevant experience in a cost management or quantity surveying role within the construction industry.
• Experience supporting cost management on mission-critical or technically complex construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Professional working proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• RICS accreditation or progress toward chartership is advantageous but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to operate in a client-facing team environment.
