Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 8-10 years' experience in related fields or 15 years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree
- Registered with Board of Surveyor, member of RISM and RICS
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in Cost Management duties
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
