Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager to join their team in Barcelona, Spain. The successful candidate will have a recognized degree qualification and relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager. They will be responsible for pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, estimating and cost planning, and tendering and procuring.
Requirements
- A recognized Degree Qualification
- Relevant work experience as a QS or Cost Manager ideally in a consultancy environment
- Sector experience across real estate construction projects
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and preferably Spanish
- Excellent report and bid writing skills
