Digital Consultant ( Advisory)

We're seeking a Digital Consultant (2+ years) to deliver a range of services to our clients including digital strategy, data management, system deployments, reporting and analytics. This role is perfect for someone who loves a challenge and has a growth mindset.

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical consulting across digital strategy, data, integrations, BI/analytics.
• Proven team leadership experience (mentoring juniors, leading small delivery squads).
• Hands-on proficiency in data platforms & BI (e.g., SQL, dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery/Azure Synapse; Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Experience with system deployments and integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, CI/CD fundamentals).
• Strong grasp of data governance, security, privacy, and compliance implications.
• Excellent stakeholder management: translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Demonstrated business development support (solutioning, scoping, proposal creation).
• Strong executive presence, collaborative, creative articulate and concise in key report findings and recommendations.
• Reliable governance, documentation, and risk management.
• Outcome-driven with the ability to deliver client value and identify new opportunities
• Adaptable and confident in high-pressure environments.
