Director of Cost Management

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Director of Cost Management to lead and develop a team of Cost Managers and the delivery of cost management services for a large-scale construction project. The successful candidate will be a driven leader with great interpersonal skills and a proven track record of managing successful cost management service delivery for clients.

• Ensure service excellence in terms of service delivery
• Continued growth of our cost management service offering and client engagement
• Lead communications with the client and oversight of cost management team services
• Lead research related to construction market conditions
• Produce thought leadership reports
• Lead the strategic and operational management of Cost Management Services
• Set a clear strategy and ambition with the team
• Grow and develop exceptional people
• Knowledge management
• Process improvement
• Quality Control
• Develop priority plans
• Undertake internal BMS audits
• Develop a detailed understanding of the market
• Act as a brand ambassador
• Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
• Participate in meetings with Senior leadership, Directors and staff
• Prepare and deliver presentations
• Financial Management
• Track ongoing revenue, margin levels and monthly fees
• Support the training and mentorship of current staff
• Proactively partner with talent acquisition team to attract the best talent
