Job Description
The Finance Business Partner (FBP) - Senior Finance Manager is responsible for leading sustainable financial growth for Business Units, partnering with Business Unit/Country Leaders and Sub-Regional leadership team to advise, support and challenge decisions that impact profitability, cash, risk and long-term value creation. This role involves leading financial performance reviews, providing forward-looking insight on revenue, margin, cost, cash and pipeline drivers, and building and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance/business partnering; at least 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- CPA/CA/ACCA or MBA/graduate degree is advantageous but not mandatory depending on experience
