Requirements
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/ engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment as part of a committed team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
