Requirements
- Completed degree (business administration, focus on personnel management, etc.) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operational personnel work, in an international and dynamic company/field
- Very good knowledge of German labor law
- Excellent language skills in German and English
- Experience in leadership counseling/mentoring around the employee life cycle
- Secure handling of MS Office products
- Self-responsible, proactive, and autonomous work style, hands-on mentality, and high team orientation
- High communication and consulting competence as well as customer orientation
