Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a part-time HR Generalist to support a team of 50 colleagues in the Czech Republic. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR experience in the Czech Republic and a strong knowledge of Czech labor law and local employment regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience in the Czech Republic
- Strong knowledge of Czech labor law and local employment regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and personal integrity
- Hands-on, proactive approach and strong organizational skills
- Fluent Czech and English (spoken and written)
- Valid Czech work and residence permit
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
