Job Description
Remain responsible for organization’s HSE goals and targets, work with business head and stakeholders to implement organization HSE goals and targets. Plan and implement strategic objectives to improve overall HSE aspects to improve projects and improve business.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HSE roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HSE strategies across multiple projects and regions.
- Experience in client-facing roles, handling escalations and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Familiarity with BSI audits and ISO certification processes.
- Strong background in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Deep understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements (local and international).
- Ability to interpret client HSE requirements and align them with organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in HSE dashboards, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and go/no-go decision frameworks.
