Job Description
The role is for a Project Manager to lead and support the delivery of construction infrastructure projects and programmes across the South/South West and nationally. The successful candidate will have experience with NEC contracts, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with a focus on NEC contracts
- Expertise in NEC/JCT/FIDIC contract administration
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, presentation, written)
- Self-motivation and strategic problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders within the framework of NEC contracts
- Knowledge of CDM/site health and safety as it pertains to NEC contracts
