Onboarding Specialist

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, preparing salary break-ups, and coordinating with managers to assign buddies for new joiners. The role involves issuing offer letters, Terms & Conditions, and other joining documents, and updating managers on new joiner status.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in advisory or generalist roles
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
• Experience in onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
