Planning Manager

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking a Planning Manager to manage all facets of project management for individual real estate projects, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and experience working in the industrial sector.

Requirements

• B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical
• MBA in Project/Construction Management (full time) is preferred
• 5-10 years of prior experience in project management for industrial sector is preferred
• Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret various types of business documents
• Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format
• Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
• Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Projects and able to track the schedule include resource planning
