Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Procurement Manager to support a large-scale construction project. The ideal candidate has great communication and leadership skills and experience with ERP systems, programming, and data engineering. They will be responsible for generating forecasts, tracking supplier capacity, and developing analytical solutions to improve procurement performance. The role requires a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and at least 15 years of applicable experience.
Requirements
- Generate and send forecasts to vendors
- Keep track of supplier capacity and schedule
- Work with design teams for BoM and routing validation
- Develop analytical solutions for data discovery and exploration
- Build advanced analytics models to solve complex supply chain problems
- Turn data into actionable intelligence
- Develop dashboards and tools to allow leadership to make data-based decisions
- Utilize statistical analysis techniques such as regression and clustering
- Communicate insights and synthesize conclusions from large, complex datasets
- Collaborate with IT and Master Data teams
- Work with and train other Analysts and super users
- Drive continuous improvement across supply chain tools and processes
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role
