Programme Change Control Lead - Hospital Construction

The Programme Change Control Lead will work within the central Programme Management Office (PMO) developing and rolling out the programme level change control process. The role includes developing and embedding processes, maintaining baseline integrity, managing change control processes, and supporting strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will have proven relevant experience in a leadership role in a project management or project controls environment, with experience of leading the management of change management methodologies and techniques across major programmes.

Requirements

• Proven relevant experience in a leadership role in a project management or project controls environment
• Experience of leading the management of change management methodologies and techniques across major programmes
• Experience of rolling out new processes across matrix organisations
• A good understanding of project controls and NEC
• Previous experience on a major construction project
• Ability to build lasting client relationships
• Digitally savvy
