Project Controls Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls professional to join our team in Canberra, ACT, Australia, responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, monitoring, and reporting of project performance across various disciplines.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Perform critical path analysis and progress tracking to ensure timely project delivery
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and analyse project performance reports, including earned value metrics
• Manage change control processes, including scope, schedule, and cost changes
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations
• Implement and maintain project control systems and tools
• Support the development of project governance frameworks and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project controls function
