We are seeking a Project Director, Cost Management, Infrastructure to lead our cost management team and deliver major projects and programmes with skill and precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost management, leadership skills, and experience in client management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive outcomes on behalf of clients
- Native-level proficiency in (local language), Business-level proficiency in English
