Requirements
- Lead in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges
- Develop and implement a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver a solution
- Lead the delivery of workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives
- Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually
- Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring these to suit specific circumstances
- Contribute to your own continuous improvement and development
- Drive key activities within the Programme Advisory team
- Lead on business generation activities such as bids, proposals, etc
- Actively engage in marketing and social media campaigns where appropriate
- Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate
