Requirements

• Lead in the assessment of each client environment and current challenges
• Develop and implement a structured approach to discover, design, and deliver a solution
• Lead the delivery of workshops in virtual and face-to-face environments with client representatives
• Work within diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at both client sites and virtually
• Deploy established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring these to suit specific circumstances
• Contribute to your own continuous improvement and development
• Drive key activities within the Programme Advisory team
• Lead on business generation activities such as bids, proposals, etc
• Actively engage in marketing and social media campaigns where appropriate
• Provide line management and development of direct reports as appropriate
