Requirements

• Construction related degree (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management, Design, Engineering, etc) or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management or construction projects (e.g. project manager, construction manager, procurement, project manager, vendor, consultant etc.)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management
• Native-level proficiency in Japanese, Business-level proficiency in English
