Project Manager - Corporate Interior Construction Projects

Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking a Project Manager for corporate interior construction projects. The role requires 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with an engineering or architecture degree. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, with commercial project experience and consultant experience preferred.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, a specialist in performance measurement and analysis and delivering successful solutions for clients.
• PMI certification is a plus.
• Commercial project experience, ideally with warehouse building, retail store, shopping center.
• Consultant experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations, etc.
