The role requires 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with an engineering or architecture degree. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, with commercial project experience and consultant experience preferred.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Engineering or Architecture degree.
- Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, a specialist in performance measurement and analysis and delivering successful solutions for clients.
- PMI certification is a plus.
- Commercial project experience, ideally with warehouse building, retail store, shopping center.
- Consultant experience preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations, etc.
