Job Description
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company seeking a Project Manager MEP - Construction Project for a full-time position in Monterrey, Mexico. The successful candidate will analyze electromechanical and special installations, monitor construction schedules, and lead project teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a Project Manager coordinating MEP design and construction on Industrial / Manufacturing / Hospitality projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with Electric, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Automation Systems
- Commissioning experience is required
- PMI certification is a plus
- Experience in LEED projects is a plus
- Fluent in English and Spanish
