Quality Assurance PM, Electrical – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Electrical Project Manager – Data Center Construction with Field Experience to support a high-profile data center construction project. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise from working in the field, strong leadership, and a background in large-scale data center/mission critical works or electrical contracting environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of electrical project management experience, ideally in data center construction or with an electrical contractor.
• Experience with substation and power distribution systems preferred.
• Familiarity with MEP design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in the Data Center Commissioning Process (levels 1 –5 )
• Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals and RFIs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, P6, CxAlloy, and other construction project management tools
