Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Cost Manager to join our dynamic team in the North East, working on industry-leading infrastructure projects. As a Cost Manager, you will administer contracts, provide cost monitoring and forecasting, and collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables. Ideally, you will be degree qualified in a relevant subject and hold or be working towards a professional body membership.

Requirements

• Administering a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies
• Providing accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget
• Pro-actively monitoring and managing cost variance and contract cash flow
• Collaborating with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives
• Managing contract change effectively
