Senior Construction Manager

Turner & Townsend Denmark is looking for a Senior Construction Manager to work on a major Data Center project. The position involves planning and conducting activities concerned with quality assurance and quality control of multiple construction contractors. Responsibilities include developing governance, communication, and management control systems, interfacing with contractors, monitoring team performance, and conducting weekly technical and progress meetings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in construction
• Bachelor's Degree or related construction experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytic skills
• Self-directed and able to function with ease as part of a team
• Line Management experience
• Strong commercial awareness, including financial management familiarity
• Understanding of contract documents, specifications, project plans, and project related documents
