Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic construction manager to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. The construction manager will be responsible for successfully coordinating and supervising the construction, developing and delivering an overall construction strategy for the project, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience working as a construction manager
- Engineering degree with chartered status
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- PMI certification is a plus
