Senior Cost Manager - Ingénieur(e) Etudes de Prix Senior

We are looking for experienced profiles in project and programme management to join our team in France, focusing on Real Estate projects, particularly investor and hotel projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Construction Economics, engineering degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of experience in the Real Estate sector
• Experience or strong interest in projects in the tertiary/hospitality sector, including their financial, technical and regulatory specifics
• Flexible, autonomous, eager to learn, approachable, and able to work effectively in a team
• Good understanding of numbers and budget management
• Proficient in French and English, with good writing skills in both languages (reporting, analysis, synthesis notes)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
