Job Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to provide leadership and direction in cost management and estimation, with a focus on delivering value-added services to clients in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Estimating and negotiating change orders
- Providing estimate and cost planning
- Reviewing and participating in design services and general contractor development
- Communicating with general contractor and owner of project manager
- Preparing written comments and coordinating cost information
