Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Construction Management

Turner & Townsend is looking for a Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to provide leadership and direction in delivering a value-added cost management service to clients. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be self-motivated, and have experience in cost management and quantity surveying.

Requirements

• Estimating and negotiating change orders
• Providing estimate and cost planning
• Reviewing and participating in cost estimates
• Communicating with clients and contractors
• Managing cost checks and valuations
• Participating in value engineering exercises
• Leading negotiations with contractors and subcontractors
• Performing quantity surveying and cost controls
• Ensuring post-contract cost variances and change control processes
• Carrying out cost auditing and valuation work
• Compiling built cost estimate records
• Identifying and mentoring talent
