Senior Cost Manager - Real Estate

We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager to join our UK Real Estate team to help guide clients and their professional teams on several exciting and iconic projects across the UK. The role involves taking responsibility for projects from feasibility to post-contract delivery, building relationships with consultant and client teams, and utilizing industry-leading digital software. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various sectors, including major City Centre developments, manufacturing, logistics, and residential schemes.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
• Degree or HNC level qualification
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time
• Good knowledge of construction methods and procurement routes
• Sound knowledge of various forms of contract (JCT/NEC)
• Excellent measurement and cost planning expertise including use of NRM
• Commercially astute with demonstrable negotiation and communication skills
• Team oriented
