Senior Estimator

Senior Estimator position at Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company. The role involves producing and presenting independent estimates, providing cost advice to clients, and working on major infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management Degree and/or Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in cost estimating positions across pre-contract/post-contract phases of infrastructure projects.
• Membership of professional organisations is a bonus (e.g., CIQS / RICS / AACE).
• Knowledge and proficiency with estimating software used on major civil engineering projects.
• Experience developing Target Price or assuring Target Price submissions as part of a PDB project delivery not essential but a bonus
• Experience working as an estimator in the aviation sector not essential but a bonus.
