Senior Planner/Scheduler MEP Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Planner/Scheduler to join our team to support scheduling as a project controls function on a large-scale project. The Senior Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules for complex, high-technology construction environments including Data Centers, Semiconductor facilities, and Life Sciences projects.

Requirements

• Develop, monitor and update owners' Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables/KPI's to be used on large scale capital programs
• Interface with project stakeholders as trusted advisors to provide guidance and recommendations for the project
• Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools
• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure schedule accuracy
• Identify schedule risks and opportunities; provide mitigation strategies and recommendations
• Lead schedule review meetings and present updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
• Monitor progress and performance against the baseline schedule; produce look-ahead schedules and reports
• Ensure alignment between MEP installation sequencing and overall project milestones
• Analyze and incorporate vendor, subcontractor, and procurement schedules into the master schedule
• Support delay analysis, change management as required
