Senior Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes within time, budget, and quality parameters.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale construction projects
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
• Implement and oversee effective project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential issues
• Monitor project finances and manage the change control process
• Facilitate clear communication among team members and stakeholders through regular meetings and written reports
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
