Senior Project Manager - Construction Management

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the development of a corporate headquarters for a key client, overseeing day-to-day project activities, coordinating with architects and general contractors, and ensuring alignment with internal client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities
• Verify effective project governance and processes
• Ensure application of best practice on all projects
• Forecast and update key project milestones
• Manage local design teams
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders
• Assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients
• Provide advice on approaches to successfully achieve clients' objectives and business objectives
• Capture key information and learnings generated from each project
