Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction to lead the electrical pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and close-out phases of a hyperscale, state-of-the-art data center project for a global technology client. The role involves overseeing electrical system installations, managing electrical subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction project management on construction sites
• Experience working on data center construction projects
• Proven experience managing large, complex electrical systems installations and commissioning processes
• Expertise in electrical systems commonly used in data centers
• Experience with Owner’s Representation and working directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Strong understanding of electrical design, construction methods, and systems integration
• Excellent project management skills
• Proficient in construction management software and tools
