Senior Project Manager (Fit Out)

Lead and oversee fit-out projects from inception to completion, managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget control, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction. Key accountabilities include planning, coordinating, and managing fit-out projects, developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in fit-out or construction
• Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and building regulations
• Excellent project planning and budgeting skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project)
• Proactive, organized and thorough with a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal skills including great communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in Polish, English proficiency required
• High IT literacy
