Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager – Data Center Construction

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide leadership and direction on a major, multi-phase data center construction program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed cost plans and estimates, coordinating cost data, and managing post-contract cost variances. The role requires strong financial management, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proficiency with industry-standard cost management tools and software.

Requirements

• Develop detailed cost plans and estimates
• Coordinate cost data from design teams, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
• Manage post-contract cost variances
• Support cost risk analysis, scenario planning, and cost-impact assessments
• Ensure cost, schedule, and scope integration
• Participate in contractor pricing reviews and commercial negotiations
• Prepare written commentary on contractor submissions and provide cost estimate updates
• Mentor, coach, and support the development of junior team members
