We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Risk Management Professional/Director to join our busy and expanding Scotland Infrastructure Risk team. The role will involve supporting the development, management, and leadership of the Scotland Infrastructure Risk team in addition to feeding into our national risk management community.
Requirements
- Manage and delegate activities of the Risk Management team on complex projects or programmes
- Communication with Senior Management / Stakeholders to deliver updates
- Briefing the team on the project scope to ensure roles and responsibilities are understood
- Developing and maintaining leadership relationships with interfacing disciplines
- Line management activities including career development and performance management
- Continuous improvement in Risk Management processes
- Implementation, embedding, and roll-out of changes to Risk Management processes
- Promote Risk Management within the project and programme team
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Expert analysis (e.g. QCRA, QSRA etc.) to relevant stakeholders and senior management
- Training and coaching to clients and less experienced team members
- Support management of the risk management team and associated business operation activities
- Turner & Townsend's recruitment activities to grow and develop the project controls capability
