Systems Engineer

We are a boutique IT services firm providing consulting and managed services to small and mid-sized businesses in the greater Seattle area. We are seeking a Systems Engineer who possesses a passion for people and technology with experience in support, consulting, or a comparable field.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge, direct experience, and/or ownership of Windows Server, Windows Client, Apple, Networking, Microsoft Cloud/Server, Client Software, Server/Storage Hardware, and Unified Communications.
• 5-10+ years’ experience working in support, consulting, or a comparable field.
• Strong customer service skills, ability to scale communication to both technical and non-technical audiences, experience with time tracking and time management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to follow client and internal procedures, and ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
