Customer Enablement Analyst

Turvo is seeking a Customer Enablement Analyst to partner with enterprise customers to drive successful onboarding and adoption of the Turvo platform. The role blends customer enablement with launch execution, supporting adoption through scalable enablement assets and targeted facilitation.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in professional services, onboarding, implementation, or training
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
• Experience working with data and troubleshooting issues
• Familiarity with support/issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and common SaaS delivery processes
• Experience using project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Power Automate)
• Supply chain and logistics industry experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, communications, or related field preferred
