Turvo is seeking a Customer Onboarding Associate to engage, retain, and drive customers' understanding of existing and new product offerings. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry and solutions, and provide an exceptional experience for every customer.

Requirements

• 2-5 years Customer Onboarding experience
• Experience working in logistics and supply chain industry
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or project management
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Zendesk
